Dick entered the real estate profession in 1976, and in a short time, was recognized for his expertise in marketing new home and condo developments for local builders. Later, he opened his own residential construction company, building 30-35 homes per year.

He also started a residential construction company for Bob Yost, where he was in charge of all facets of management and the design of sales and marketing plans. Later, Dick opened First National Mortgage Corporation’s loan operation in PA. He was responsible for new loan origination and overseeing of loan processing through underwriting and settlement.

Dick has continued to expand his education and now holds an Associate Broker license.  He is a consistent multimillion dollar agent and has achieved awards such as President's Circle, Chairman's Circle Gold, and the REALTORS^® Association’s Gold Achievement Award for excellence.
