Alyce was a tremendous asset during my home purchase. A short sale, the purchase came with lots of challenges. But Alyce was just the right mix of tough and understanding, and that, combined with her persistence and diligence kept things moving along in the right direction and averted more than one disaster! Furthermore, her kindness and compassion in tough situations are unmatched. Can't recommend her enough!

Alyce is an amazing agent! She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, keenly attuned to your best interests, and the consummate professional. She deftly navigates all of the ups and downs of buying and selling your home. This is my second time working with her and will work with her again!

Alyce was a delight to work with as I sold my mother’s home. She kept me informed as I was out of state. She made sure the house was in good order between each showing. This our 2nd time using the Page team. Alyce showed us our first home in PA, when moved here from Westminster, MD. Recently Dick helped us with finding a home for Mom, so now she is closer to us since moving to PA from Perry Hall, MDJay Aymold Home Buyer

Alyce showed a high degree of professionalism as she guided us through the process of buying a new home and selling our old home during the COVID pandemic. She displayed a knowledge of the housing market and was always available to answer our questions and give us support.

When listing a home for sale, we chose an established and knowledgeable agent. Alyce answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Things occur that you couldn't possible foresee and we were very thankful we chose wisely.

Dick is not only a fantastic Realtor, but he's become a family friend. We've been working with Dick for many years and can't imagine working with another Realtor.

I have known Alyce and her husband, Dick, for many years. I wouldn't use any other realtor! Alyce was highly professional and knowledgeable in helping us along the way when we were building our new home and also in selling our condo. She is incredibly trustworthy and protective of her clients' best interests. We had several unexpected and stressful stumbling blocks in selling our condo and also with our new home build. Alyce was immediately available to solve the problems and put our minds at ease. She checked in with us often to see how we were doing and how things were coming along. Alyce was brought in after my six month contract with another realtor expired. She recommended using the staged photos with furniture, that I had, versus the bare room interior pictures that had been used. She suggested modest staging of the empty house, and even offered to help with that piece. Before an evening viewing, she went to the property and turned on the lights and the gas fireplace to help make the house warm and inviting. She clearly was as eager as I was to sell it and was going to put forth whatever effort it took. The house was under contract, for asking price, within a week after she took on the listing to buyers who had not previously considered the property! It felt like Alyce was my partner in selling the house. She made suggestions and asked for my input, while quietly bringing her experience and expertise to the process. She was personally committed and hands on involved. She hand delivered several papers to my current home, either to be signed, or just as an FYI piece of information. She always returned my calls promptly, and showed by her words and action that we were in this effort together. And while we never needed to hold one, she assured me that she always sat at, and hosted, her open houses...which was huge for me! In my experience, Alyce is always cheerful, professional, attentive, highly knowledgeable, accomplished and fun. I have, and will, recommend her to my friends.

We had the house on the market for almost a year. The other relators did not have our best interest. One even told us to default on our loan and give back house to the bank. Once we found Alyce Page she a breath of fresh air. She knew exactly how to market our house. With in 5 weeks of our contract with her, she found a buyer for our house. She is simply amazing.

Our house was a difficult sale and Alyce worked extremely hard to get it sold and while we were looking for our perfect house she rented us a place to live so we could wait for our dream house to come available, after 6 months of looking we found it and now we can start to live the life we have dreamed about, she is very easy to talk to and listens and when she needs to be tough you better stand back, this is what we were looking for in a realtor and now her and her husband have become friends for life (more like family), thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Highly recommend. I used Alyce to purchase a home recently and she has a great understanding of the local market and was very focused on accommodating my requests. I had a limited time to find a place and while she had open houses and other clients i felt as if I was the "#1" client!

Dick made the selling process smooth and quick. He explained every detail, gave us suggestions, and met with us promptly as needed. In less than 2 weeks after listing we had a contract. The closing went smoothly because he knew the procedures and prepared us for the final meeting. Can't get much better than that! We highly recommend Dick for your real estate needs.
